Cancellation charges
Conferences & meetings cancelled 14 days before the date of the event, will be subject to the room hire charge. Accounts not paid on departure are subject to a 10% servicing charge, which is deductible if the account is paid within the time stated on the invoice. We regret payment of accounts by cheque is only acceptable to the value of the accompanying cheque card.
