Elie Watersports

Elie Watersports is located in a picturesque holiday village, only 15 minutes drive from St. Andrews. Elie sits at the heart of the East Neuk of Fife. The sandy curve of Elie Bay encloses a wonderful expanse of sheltered water, making it the finest setting for beginners on Scotland's East Coast. Beyond the bay, the open sea offers a challenge to the more proficient participant.

Your safety is their priority. For all watersports, a rescue boat is on stand-by at all times, buoyancy aids are provided and qualified first aiders are on hand.

Elie Watersports is a Royal Yachting Association accredited training centre. Courses and activities available, for beginners to the more experienced, include sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and water skiing. Activities are available with or without tuition. The centre also offers boat trips, pedaloes, and mountain bike hire.

The Scottish Off Road Driving Centre

The Scottish Off Road Driving Centre is the biggest, best and most challenging 4x4 offroad driving course in Scotland. They provide all action off road "recreational" training in their specially adapted Land Rovers, either through Gift Vouchers or you can just phone up and book a time. They also run professional 4x4 training courses.

You drive their specially prepared 4x4 - or you can bring your own - over really wild country with an instructor. When you arrive they start driving immediately. They give a short 5 minute instructor safety demonstration in the vehicle, after the demo you will do all the driving. You'll drive for the full time given, enjoying exclusive use of the vehicle and you can bring up to 3 guests free of charge.
